CareerJournal.com This Wall Street Journal site is worth a look...every week...and it's FREE.
Among the freebie tips: "Absolutely letter-perfect resumes and correspondence..." It's the first deal breaker you'll face. Take that extra few minutes and get it perfect before you hit the "send" button or drop it into an envelope.
